1. Booking & Agreement
By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Hire Period
All bin hires are for up to 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
Additional hire time may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking.
Outstanding invoices may result in refusal of collection or future service.
4. Access & Collection
Skip bins must be placed in a safe and accessible location for delivery and collection.
If a bin is placed behind a gate or on private property, you agree to provide permission for Geraldton Handy Bins to enter the property to collect the bin.
If access is restricted or unavailable, additional fees may apply.
5. Bin Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the bin while it is on site.
Any damage, misuse, or loss may result in additional charges.
6. Loading Requirements
Do not fill the skip bin above the top rim.
All waste must remain level with or below the rim. Contents must remain within the confines of the Skip Bin.
Do not overload the skip bin.
Bins must not exceed the safe lifting weight limit of 6 tonnes.
Overfilled or overloaded bins may be refused collection and additional fees may apply.
7. Waste Restrictions (STRICT)
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Asbestos (including suspected materials)
- Batteries,
- Chemicals, Oils, Paints,
- Paint (unless completely dried)
- Hazardous liquids
- Tyres
If any prohibited waste is found:
The bin may be refused collection until resolved
Mattresses, white goods, lounges and bulky items must be approved prior to booking and incur additional charges
8. Food Waste
All food waste must be securely double bagged.
Improperly contained waste may result in additional cleaning or disposal fees.
9. Disposal Fees
Disposal fees are not included in the hire price.
All waste is charged based on weight and type at the time of disposal.
You agree to pay all applicable disposal fees.
Disposal fees will be invoiced after collection.
10. Non-Payment
If disposal fees or any other charges are not paid, Geraldton Handy Bins may refuse future service and take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding amount.
Any recovery costs may be passed on to the customer were permitted by law.
11. Ground Conditions
Delivery is at the customer’s risk.
We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or property.
12. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access issues, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
13. Acceptance
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
